With the FASERν and SND@LHC detectors active at the LHC, and the Forward Physics Facility (FPF) in sight, the era of LHC neutrinos has started. With it we gain access to the highest-energy neutrino beam made in laboratory settings, which will give rise to many forward physics opportunities such as small-x PDF constraints and tests of fixed-order QCD. To obtain the full physics potential, accurate theoretical predictions are of utmost importance. Using the POWHEG DIS event generator with a PYTHIA8 parton shower we can model neutrino scattering at next-to-leading order in QCD, including theory uncertainties from scale variation. We can input recent predictions for the neutrino fluxes at FPF detectors by introducing the 'neutrino PDF'.
