Corso interateneo in Physical Sciences for Innovative Technologies

The three-year Bachelor Degree (Corso di Laurea triennale) in Physics provides a general background in Physics, from Classical to Modern Physics. During the Bachelor program typical methodologies of the scientific investigation of Nature are taught, both through theoretical lectures and experimental and computer laboratories. The third year leads to complete the basic formation in the context of Modern Physics through optional  courses in different sectors of Physics, as Theoretical Physics, Elementary Particle Physics, Astrophysics, Biophysics and Medical Physics, Plasma Physics, Material Science, Electronics and Environmental Physics. Within one of these sectors, the student chooses to develop an educational stage to be carried out in one of the research groups in the Physics Department or in other Departments of the University of Milano-Bicocca, often in collaboration with national or international Research Centers and high-tech industries. Within the Erasmus/LLP (LifeLong Learning) Programme it is also possible to apply for short-term stages (from three to twelve months) at foreign European Academic Institutions, with full acknowledgement of the developed activity (for info Unimib international). The Bachelor Degree in Physics allows for the prosecution of the academic studies within a two-year Master Degree in Physics, in Astrophysics and Space Physics and other affine scientific Degrees.
